Story notes: So there is no misunderstanding, this story is about Glorfindel (the elf) and The Man, Haldir of Brethil, Not the elf, Haldir of Lorien, or is it?
This fic is Silmarillion based, but I hope it will be understandable in the most part, even if you haven't read the book.
Purists amongst you will notice that I have changed the timing of Haldir's death, I do know he died before the elves from Gondolin arrived, but that's no fun! and I do think he had reason to be there at the end.
This is my first fic, I hope you enjoy it.
