This was my first ever LOTR fanfiction and I think I made a good choice. Though there were a few minor flaws like modern expressions, I found this an all around fantasmical story. Keep it up!

I liked this story and was glad that Legolas did not die.
There was some bold, graphic writing that brought the horror of Legolas' situation fully to life. The comfort was good, but left me wanting just a bit more of it to be equal in intensity to the hurt.
There were a few typos here and there, so a beta reader might be in order, but nothing too serious.
Lastly, I think this story would read even better if you try to eliminate using expressions or terms that are too modern-feeling if you know what I mean.
Good job on your story and thanks for sharing it here.
