Hi Nienna,
I just read "Circumstances Beyond His Control" again. I hadn't read it in a couple of years, but it moved me just as strongly as it did the first time I read it. I know that hoping for a sequel to this story after so many years is pointless, but I have always hoped that there would be.
As much as I love the idea of Frodo and Sam together, I can't help but believe that the Frodo and Haldir in this story belong together. It helps knowing that Frodo will one day travel Lothlorien and he will even go to the Grey Havens. I don't care about what happened in the movie; Haldir didn't die in cannon. So, they will be together again, I just know it.
You are a fabulous writer and I hope to read more of your stories in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful story. I will continue to read it again and again.
