Amazing story. I was expecting something funny because of Gollum (it's so weird to imagine someone paired with him), and then I read this and... Woh ! Very well wrote, a real plot, no OC characters... By the way it is really enjoyable reading a slash story where Arwen is not a slut or something like this. Good job, I enjoyed your story !
This is one of the most...best...awesome(!!) things i had read so far. Thanks for writing and posting the story, because i never know, that there could be such a emotions shown in a story and that you can make sex so (i cant find other words) elven and gentle and heavenly. I think it was the first time, that i wasnt courious just in this part of a story, but the whole happening. I give you my honest congrats in hope, of you writing even more of stories like this.
ps. You have made me cry (which is not so easy to do) :)

I'll be honest; I chose to read this story because I was morbidly fascinated by the concept of anyone paired with Gollum. I expected to find this story amusing, and weird at the very least. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover something far more believable, deep, and meaningful than I had expected. I actually found myself brought to tears by the end. My only complaint is the abruptness of the ending. I would have found it more fulfilling had you perhaps shown the aftermath of this night of passion; Legolas perhaps making up with Gimli, or some other evidence of his healing.
The part that most impressed me about this story was the language; it so closely matched what one would expect from Tolkien's characters that I did not for a moment consider that it was not he who wrote it. I particularly enjoyed the way you wrote for Gimli.
All fangirl-ish ramblings aside, I'd like to thank you for opening my mind a bit more, and giving me something to giggle about at college tomorrow. =D Thanks again!
