Summary: Humorous, angsty, hurt/comfort, some violence, slash. Any and all ratings can apply. Glorfindel is turned into a golden retriever by a new enemy who intends on bringing great harm to Rivendell. Lindir is Glorfindel's foster son and he's having troubles adjusting to Glorfindel's relationship with Erestor (worried that Erestor is taking away his father's love and attention). So, trapped in the body of a dog, Glorfindel has to warn Elrond of danger and somehow keep the ones he loves safe from harm. Hoping for some cute and creative interactions when the elves find out the dog is Glorfindel. I'm also a sap for Glorfindel risking his life for others.

Summary:

Glorfindel, twice-born and blessed of the Valar, slayer of the balrog, hero of Gondolin and the new captain of the Imladrian Guard, is also the tiniest, most incredibly petite elf that has ever existed.  His diminutive stature and quiet, friendly nature make him positively adorable!  Don't let him hear you say that, though, for he's a small elf with a very big sword!

How is such a little creature one of the greatest warriors middle Earth has ever seen?  Speed, ridiculous amounts of sheer skill and a tenacious heart.

What do the other residents of Imladris make of this remarkable elf?  Especially a certain dark, dry and devious chief councillor?
