Honestly, I was searching for this kind of slash.
Firstly, I appreciate the pairing of Haldir with Aragorn, as both are two of my most favorite characters in LoTR.
Secondly, I like it very much that, although Aragorn is indeed the passive part, he does not 'succumb' to just being another portrayal of female engendering.
Thirdly, Haldir becomes an even more interesting character because of this story. The rather mysterious elf shows this caring aspect while he stays witty and surprisingly teasing.
So, again I can just say that I really enjoyed reading your slash and I am sure I will go and see, whether there are more of your stories here.
